Works
The work spans carpentry and doors, plumbing, fencing, gutters and roofing, grounds, and a scheduled maintenance presence on site.
Planned Upkeep
FMS keeps a scheduled maintenance presence on site. Planned upkeep runs to the maintenance program, coordinated with the village.
Reactive Repairs
When something needs fixing between planned visits, the village raises a request and FMS schedules the right trade. Reactive callouts run through the same point of contact as the planned program.
Across its WA sites, FMS runs reactive and emergency callouts covering roof leaks, electrical faults, water, broken doors and windows and fencing. The provider that handles a site’s planned maintenance takes the emergency, so there is no new contractor to brief.
