Scope of
Works
Each turnaround covers patch and paint, flooring, carpentry, and roof and gutter repairs, with the unit handed back ready to re-let.
Patch and paint to walls, ceilings, doors and trims. Flooring replaced or made good. Carpentry to doors, door furniture, skirtings and architraves. Roof and gutter repairs where the inspection finds them.
Trades Covered
Multi-trade coverage on every turnaround, under one provider:
- Patch and paint
- Flooring
- Carpentry
- Roof and gutter repairs
One job per unit, scoped, quoted and delivered by one team.
When a resident moves on, the unit does not go straight back on the market. There is a make-good first. FMS scopes it, quotes it and delivers it as a single job, so Bethanie is not project-managing separate trades to get one unit back into service.
FMS runs the same one-job refurbishment model for other WA retirement providers, so the scope travels between villages without a re-brief.
- The village raises a vacated unit
- FMS scopes and quotes the make-good
- The work is delivered and the unit handed back ready to re-let
