Ongoing maintenance across 12 Amana Living care centres and villages in the Perth metro, covering the day-to-day work on site and the licensed trades behind it.
Planned Upkeep
Officers attend on set rosters, typically two or three days a week. When a job needs a licensed trade, FMS provides it under the same contract.
Reactive Repairs
Across its WA sites, FMS runs reactive and emergency callouts covering roof leaks, electrical faults, water, broken doors and windows and fencing. The provider that handles a site’s planned maintenance takes the emergency, so there is no new contractor to brief.
