The work spans cleaning, grounds maintenance, electrical, flooring and plumbing.
Planned Upkeep
Recurring weekly and monthly cleaning and grounds maintenance, run to a set scope across Respect’s Goldfields sites including Edward Collick Home and Muschamp Village in Kalgoorlie, plus Club Kalgoorlie.
The scheduled round is also where unscheduled work gets found, while it’s still small.
Reactive Repairs
Across its WA sites, FMS runs reactive and emergency callouts covering roof leaks, electrical faults, water, broken doors and windows and fencing. The provider that handles a site’s planned maintenance takes the emergency, so there is no new contractor to brief.

Regional coverage delivered to the same standard as the metro.
Scheduled services keep the sites presentable and reactive callouts handle what comes up between visits, all under one provider. When the Goldfields operations transferred from Amana Living to Respect in May 2025, FMS stayed on and maintained the same sites through the handover.
